The AC Hotel by Marriott in Riga is centrally located and easy to reach, though the lack of an upgrade despite Titanium status was disappointing. At a good price, the hotel is perfectly recommendable for a short stay.
The Hestia Hotel Kentmanni stands out primarily for its value for money and a surprisingly generous breakfast offering. Rooms and location are solid, and the spa area with two saunas and a pool is a genuine bonus. If you're not looking for a luxury hotel but rather a decent city hotel in Tallinn, this is the right choice.
