The Mabuhay Lounge in Manila (Terminal 2) is a solid but unremarkable business class lounge. The food and drink selection is generous, and the restrooms are decent — though anyone coming from Japan or Taiwan will be used to a higher standard. For killing time between flights, it serves its purpose.
Eva Air delivers a solid business class product even on the short regional flight from Taipei to Manila aboard the Airbus A330. The outstanding headphone quality, generous entertainment selection, and excellent value for money — just around CHF 150 more than economy — leave a positive impression. The appetite for a long-haul flight with Eva Air has definitely been whetted.
