Club Condor Lounge - Buenos Aires (EZE)

The Club Condor Lounge at Buenos Aires Ezeiza is a solid SkyTeam lounge with a bright atmosphere, good food and drink options, and nice extras like massage chairs and a PlayStation corner. For business class passengers and Priority Pass holders, it offers a pleasant pre-departure experience — even if the signage within the terminal could use some improvement.

3.6 / 5

Fifth Freedom routes are a great thing — instead of sitting in a LATAM A320, I opted to fly KLM on the 787-9 from Buenos Aires to Santiago de Chile. At Buenos Aires Ezeiza Airport, the international secure zone has a handful of lounges accessible depending on your card, cabin class, or status. The most well-known is the Star Alliance Lounge, but thanks to my KLM flight I got to visit the Salon Condor Lounge operated by local carrier Aerolíneas Argentinas.

Location & Access

The lounge is located past security and passport control in International Terminal A, making it accessible only to passengers on international flights. Unfortunately, the lounges are not well signposted — after security and the duty-free area, turn right and head toward Terminal C.

Near Gate 15, the lounge is right on the right-hand side. It can be reached by elevator or stairs, as the lounge is on the upper floor.

Access is granted to business class passengers, eligible SkyTeam status holders, and Priority Pass members.

The aircraft models in the entrance area make a great impression and immediately signal that this is an airline lounge.

Amenities

The size is adequate for the departing flights of SkyTeam member airlines. Thanks to its position on the upper floor, the lounge benefits from plenty of natural light.

The lounge has the usual restrooms as well as showers. The food selection is adapted to the time of day and the quality is good. Cold drinks can be taken from the fridges on a self-service basis. Hot drinks are available on request.

There are a few workstations, though the lounge isn’t really set up for serious work. For relaxation, there’s a dedicated area with various massage chairs. Departure information is displayed on screens throughout the lounge.

Power outlets are available in good numbers, and there are also direct USB ports. I found the PlayStation gaming corner a fun little touch.

Verdict

The light, elegant furnishings create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that invites you to sit back and unwind.
