The Plaza Premium Lounge in Taipei is a solid Priority Pass standard with one real highlight: the freshly prepared made-to-order noodles. The space is large and open, but the thin partition wall to the terminal means it's far from quiet – functional for a quick stopover, but not a place to relax.
