Hannover Airport has only two lounges. One is the Karl-Jatho Lounge, accessible via Priority Pass among others, and the other is the Lufthansa Lounge. You could argue that there are technically two Lufthansa Lounges, but if there is any difference at all, it’s only a very marginal one.
Location and Access
In Terminal A, after passing through security, you need to keep left and then go up one floor (either by elevator or stairs).
The current opening hours are from 05:00 to 20:00.
You can access the lounge with Frequent Traveller status, a Business Class ticket (without status), or with Star Alliance Gold status, as well as Senator or HON status.
Food and Drinks
On the left side is the Senator Lounge, and on the right side is the Business Lounge.
Generally speaking, the lounge isn’t huge, but it has also never felt overcrowded so far.
The seating is done in the typical Lufthansa design. Apart from the window seats, there are plenty of power outlets everywhere.
The food and drink selection is at the, once again typical, Lufthansa level. That’s not a bad thing — in my opinion there’s always enough variety to pass the waiting time. The food selection rotates, while the drinks are pretty much always the same.

Amenities
There are restrooms in the lounge, but in my experience they have long been in need of a renovation.
Verdict
To pass the time before your (connecting) flight, the lounge is perfectly adequate. Personally, I would appreciate a renovation of the restrooms. The food selection is more than sufficient for the waiting time at the airport.
