Location and Access
From Terminals A to E, take the train to Terminal E after passing through passport control. Here your boarding pass is checked and sometimes you have to briefly explain why you want to go to Terminal E. However, it’s much more convenient to take the shuttle from the lounge in A to Terminal E. Otherwise, the lounge is located on the first floor opposite Gate E55.
Access is available to all Swiss / Lufthansa guests with First Class tickets or HON status (arriving or departing), and of course you can bring a guest along (provided that person is booked on the same flight).
Facilities
At the entrance, next to a large glass humidor with wines, there is also a very nice “champagne bar”.
The lounge is divided into various “zones”. Next to the bar there are different seating areas, dining options, the terrace, and a meeting room that can be used.
Food/Drinks
Basically, you can eat anywhere in the lounge. Of course, the separate area lends itself well to this, where you are also completely taken care of. At times it can get quite busy here, but the staff has always done a great job so far, and the kitchen of course as well.

Highlights
For me, one special feature (besides the great terrace and the service) is the option to get a room with a shower and toilet here. This time I was given the “St. Moritz” room. It’s a proper “hotel room” that not only has a comfortable bed but is also equipped with all the other amenities.
There is, however, one “small thing” to keep in mind here. If you can look outside, everyone outside can also look into the room. So if you want to be undisturbed, draw the curtains 🙂
As mentioned above, next to the room there is also a very nice terrace where you can sit and enjoy your food/drinks – or of course do some planespotting (my personal favorite). In the picture it was rather rainy, so the terrace was closed. Otherwise, there are some really great seating options. Now I also have a picture in sunshine – simply wonderful.
Verdict
Swiss has a really very nice lounge for its guests here. Until midday it can get very busy, but then there’s also a period when you have the lounge practically to yourself. The rooms are great and the service really TOP.
