The Hilton Port Moresby impresses with spacious rooms, friendly service and a good breakfast buffet. The stay was good value for money and the overall ambience was at a solid level. The only caveat is the difficult-to-assess location in Port Moresby, though you feel perfectly safe within the hotel itself.
The Westin Warsaw impresses with friendly service, a generous upgrade to an Executive Suite, and an excellent lounge featuring an evening food and drink offering. The location is slightly outside the city center and the rooms show minor signs of age, but the value for money is outstanding in the Polish context. Those with Marriott Platinum status will be well taken care of here and will gladly return.
The Sheraton Amsterdam Airport impresses above all with its unbeatable location right next to the terminal — reachable on foot in just a few minutes, covered and convenient. If you're willing to pay a slight premium and can take advantage of Marriott promotions, you'll be well taken care of here. The author would happily return.
