Lufthansa First Class Lounge München (MUC) Satellite

The Lufthansa First Class Lounge Munich Satellite impresses with unobstructed tarmac views, a flexible around-the-clock dining offering, and particularly attentive staff. The service clearly stands out from other locations, turning the visit into a genuine experience. A strong recommendation for any traveler with access.

Location and Access

This Lufthansa First Class Lounge is located near K11 and L11. The opening hours are currently from Monday to Sunday between 05:00 and 22:00. You can gain access with a First Class ticket (or connecting flight) on a Lufthansa / Swiss flight or as a Miles and More HON Circle. If you are departing from the L gates, you also have the option of going directly through passport control here.

You know that you can book the Lufthansa groups with us via the affiliate links, right? There are no additional costs for you, but you are supporting the work for this blog. Thank you very much.

Layout and Amenities

The lounge is laid out like a big L (just upside down). The special feature here is certainly that there is always seating by the window and you have a beautiful view of the Tarmac from there.

There is also a separate restaurant area. Of course you can eat anywhere, but it’s a bit more comfortable here.

Okay, I have to admit that not every seat has a window. The exceptions here are the work areas, the two beds and the sanitary facilities.

The work area is equipped in exactly the same way as in the other First Class lounges, but now without a separate computer.

Food and Beverages

You can find the menu here, please note that there are always seasonal specialties. What’s more, I’ve never had a problem ordering something from the breakfast menu late at night. In Zurich it’s always a bit difficult, but in Munich and Frankfurt it’s always possible.

There is also a buffet with different dishes depending on the time of day.

Of course, the bar is also a must. As always, there is a large selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

There is also a separate one for smoking passengers. This is to the left of the bar and on the smaller side.

Service

Yes, that is such a topic. But a very positive one for me. Here in Munich, I’ve already been helped several times and have been looked after in an extremely nice and courteous way. I can’t say why, but they clearly try to go the “extra mile” here and I’m very happy about that. Of course, critics would also see something negative here, along the lines of something always happens here. But I simply have to disagree and thank the very nice staff.

Conclusion

It probably comes as no surprise that I can only recommend this lounge. At the time of writing this review, the second First Class Lounge in Munich was being renovated, so it’s a bit busier here. However, this does not detract from the service and it is fun to be here.
