Location and Access
In Arrivals 2, First Class SWISS and Lufthansa, HON Circle, Miles & More Senator, Business Class SWISS and Lufthansa, and Miles & More Frequent Traveller members can visit this lounge daily from 06:00 to 13:00.
Amenities
The idea behind the lounge is, of course, to offer arriving long-haul passengers a place to shower and freshen up. On top of that, there’s a special service — you can put your shirt in a compartment while you shower, and shortly after you’ll get it back freshly ironed. The lounge spans 770 sqm and features 20 showers, all named after SWISS destinations. To get a key for a shower, simply ask at reception.
Of course, there are also seating areas. I have to honestly say that the renovation / refresh of the SWISS Arrival Lounge turned out really well.

In addition to the staffed bar, there’s a nice buffet.

Verdict
This lounge isn’t specifically advertised and is usually fairly empty. The focus is really on arriving long-haul passengers in Zurich, but you also have access if you’re arriving on a short-haul flight in Zurich. For me, the concept works well, and in the past I’ve never had a problem getting a free shower. The food is clearly geared towards breakfast, but in my opinion that’s absolutely fitting and sufficient.
