Hotel Telegraaf impresses mainly with its unbeatable location right on Tallinn's Town Hall Square and its attentive service, especially at the bar. At the regular rate of around EUR 746, however, the offering falls short – the pool, whirlpool, and breakfast area are too small, and the overall impression doesn't justify the price.
The Doubletree by Hilton Wroclaw impresses above all with an outstanding breakfast, excellent value for money, and its convenient location near the city center. The executive lounge and wellness area with pool, sauna, and whirlpool are pleasant extras for Hilton Diamond members. A clear yes for a return visit.
